Needed these at last minute for guests at a wedding when weather forecast took a sudden dive. Blanket is soft with a nice texture to it, thanks to the linear ribbing design. Is it really thick? No. But that's what made it right for this purpose. No one would have wanted to haul around a great big thick blanket all night! Unsure of what we were getting, we ordered WAY more than we needed in several colors and ended up putting out a few of each color (2 shades of green, plus terra cotta); the terra cotta color was definitely the fan favorite, partly because it's so rich and warm looking... partly because there were a LOT of Univ of Texas fans present, lol. Order in advance and wash first - because they do tend to shed a bit. But if you don't have time to wash (we did not!) I can at least say, the blankets we bought had no detectable odor (and I have a nose like a canary in a mine, so that's saying something). Perfect addition to an event wherein guests might be chilled, like a night wedding, a kid's slumber or camping party; football games, etc. And if it gets dirty... chunk it in the wash.

I bought these blankets as a gift for my bridesmaids since my bachelorette trip was in the winter. They were exactly as described. A little thin but great size for one person and super soft. I recommend!

Perfect for bridesmaid party favors. Soft and true to color. It’s only 1 layer of fabric so it’s not super thick or warm.

These blankets were used for a group event outside; they were the perfect size for individual use. They are thin but soft and fluffy (once washed). I washed all of them twice prior to use; a lot of lint came off in the dryer which seemed to leave minimal shedding/fluffy residue left on people after using them. They look high quality and provide enough warmth considering the lightweight feel of them! I would say they're great value for the money.

I concur with other reviews that these blankets are a little thin, but we made them available for guests at our outdoor wedding ceremony in early November 2024. I designed and made the paper wraps myself from 11x14 card stock. Temps were about 58°-60° at sunset time as we started the procession. Our guests loved these and none were left behind, which is exactly what we wanted. We did wash them first. They remained soft and the sage green was a beautiful color. These were VERY hard to get when I ordered them in September so if you’re on the fence about buying these, just do it. Better to have them and not need them. Worse case scenario you can sell them on FB on one of the “recycle your wedding” boards. Anyway, these were a big hit!
