This is a really pretty formal cover-up. It is seems to be very well made and embellished for the price. You can wear it with a plain black dress to get a fancy retro feel. Love it!

I bought this for a costume but was surprised that the quality and overall appearance was better than I had expected. I thought it would be a bit scratchy and was concerned that it may be a bit short for me since I am a big girl but the size was perfect and the piece was pretty soft. The quality looks good and I think I could actually wear it as a regular piece on clothing and not just a costume.
