Die Sprachqualität ist hervorragend, und die Rauschunterdrückung funktioniert auch perfekt.

Compré los Synco Xtalk X5 hace dos semanas, y los he probado en diferentes eventos, es un equipo que te facilita la comunicación en gran manera con tu equipo, al encenderlos se sincronizan automáticamente, es de muy fácil su uso. Tienen un peso muy ligero, lo que se agradece mucho, es de material plástico, acolchado con cuero o semi cuero y viene con su bolso (también muy ligero y se ve resistente).En cuanto a la señal y audio de los Synco, debo decir que trabajé en lugares abiertos y en condiciones no tan controladas. Creo que me llegué a separar de mi equipo a una distancia de 150mts o mas, y funcionaron muy bien, si es cierto que si pasaba por algunos obstáculos se perdía la conexión pero se volvía a conectar automáticamente en lo que terminaba de pasarlo. El volumen está bien (aunque tuve que usarlo al máximo debido al ambiente de trabajo).Una de las maravillas de este producto es poder monitorear también el audio que grabas en video, directamente con los Xtalk X5 sin perder la comunicación con tu equipo. Deben de tener una cancelación de ruido interna, porque no se escucha la respiración, solo el habla, lo que los diferencia de otros intercomunicadores.Estuve trabajando 9 hrs en el evento y las baterías duraron todo ese tiempo.
Es una herramienta que facilita muchísimo la conexión entre tu equipo, y por la calidad/precio que ofrece Synco con los Xtal X5 está muy bien 10 de 10.I bought the Synco Xtalk X5 two weeks ago, and I have tested them at different events. They are made of plastic material, cushioned with leather or faux leather, and come with a bag (also very light and looks durable).As for the signal and audio of the Synco, I must say that I worked in open areas and under not-so-controlled conditions. I think I got separated from my team at a distance of 150 meters or more, and they worked very well. It is true that if I passed by some obstacles, the connection would drop, but it would automatically reconnect once I got past them. The volume is fine (although I had to use it at maximum due to the work environment).One of the wonders of this product is being able to monitor the audio you record in video directly with the Xtalk X5 without losing communication with your team. They must have internal noise cancellation because you can't hear breathing, only speech, which sets them apart from other intercoms.It is a tool that greatly facilitates connection with your team, and for the quality/price that Synco offers with the Xtalk X5, it's very good. 10 out of 10.

I purchased this intercom headset to communicate with a worker while operating heavy equipment such as tractors, bulldozers and dump trucks. I lost the directions but It didn't matter. They are so simple to operate, a child could figure it out.Pairing between the two headsets was instantaneous. Volume up and down buttons are easy to find while wearing.Range is excellent. They are advertised as 350 meters (1148 feet) line of sight. Where i live I can not create that kind of distance and maintain LOS. I first tested with one person inside a log house with triple pane windows while I walked away until losing connection. I was able to go 400 feet before it dropped. walking back about 8 feet and they synced back up. I will rarely go beyond this distance but I have no doubt they will go what is advertised when both headsets are outside. The audio stayed perfectly clear the shole way as well.The noise cancelation works very well. I walked right by a gas generator and the other person said his audio remained quite the whole time. It also was very windy and he said it was barely noticeable. Not only did it work well, it didn't degrade the audio quality.What I don't like?Not a deal breaker, but there is a about a 1 second delay from when one person talks and the other hears it. The only reason it's annoying is you can see the persons mouth moving but no audio for a second. If your not watching the other person, no big deal.The only other thing is the ear piece doesn't sit flush on my head. The bottom has a gap around my ear. I adjusted the headset for a while trying to get it to fit. I got it close but not perfect. Not a huge deal because they are super soft and comfortable to wear.Overall, these will be a huge time saver for me not having to walk up to loud machinery and try to yell over all the noise. Now I can communicate with my workers more efficiently while staying at a safe distance. The noise cancelation is great but I am even more impressed with the range. All that while maintaining great audio quality.

The customer service was tops; initially we had had an issue with one headset, but these guys worked diligently to solve the said problems and to ensure that I was totally satisfied, actually going above and beyond what a customer has any right to expect! The headphones are well constructed, very comfortable to wear, provide clear sound and a very effective noise recuction feature. They are handy to use with the mic turning off and on as it is moved up and down, signaling with a short beep to let you know that the on-off status has changed. The set is used in our church, located very close to the local ambulance dispatcher which has created interference problems with all of our wireless mics (except the very expensive ones), but these units are free from interference. I highly recommend these headsets, and this supplier.

When my "Synco X Talk" headphones arrived, I immediately went to test them to see what I could expect from them. A colleague was with me, so we tested a few things right away, and I also had the chance to live stream a conference using them.First of all, the build quality is okay, though it didn’t impress me too much. A personal downside is that they don't sit on the ear like proper music-listening headphones. Everything else regarding their external appearance is really good, and the packaging they came in is excellent as well. I'm glad I didn't have to buy an additional case for storing them.As soon as they arrived, we tested the range, which was more than satisfactory. Despite all the possible interference and signal disruption in the city, we managed to test them in a street where our line of sight wasn’t ideal, yet we still maintained communication at a distance of 250 meters.After that, I tried one of the standout features of these headphones, which is noise cancellation. I was genuinely amazed at how well it works, even in very harsh conditions.Another thing that impressed me is the battery life. I read that Synco claims the battery can last 24 hours on a single charge, and when I tested it, I was amazed. We used them for two working days without needing to charge them, which is truly impressive.The sound quality is very good. One thing that "bothered" me, although it’s not a real issue, is the delay the headphones have. Generally, when I’m in the control room and my cameraman colleague is about 20 meters away, the delay isn’t a problem, except when we’re talking within 1 meter of each other. But in that case, there’s a great feature where we can just lift the headphone and automatically mute the microphone, which is awesome.Overall, considering all aspects, I think these headphones are more than good for the price they’re available at. They are really easy to use. I was really impressed, and I hope you will be too.
