I recently purchased the Over The Sink Cutting Board, hoping it would make my kitchen prep work more efficient. The expandable design and stainless steel construction are appealing features, and the drain holes are a nice touch for washing and draining vegetables directly on the board.While the concept is great, I found a few drawbacks. The size (10.43" x 12.6") is somewhat small for larger chopping tasks, and the board tends to move around a bit when in use, which can be frustrating. Additionally, the stainless steel surface, though durable, can be a bit harsh on knife edges, causing them to dull more quickly than with other materials.Overall, it's a handy tool for light tasks and small kitchens, but it falls short in terms of stability and usability for more extensive prep work. I would recommend it with reservations, especially for those who do a lot of chopping and slicing.

High quality, well made, and looks good on the sink, but it's heavy and sharp, which can cause injury if not handled carefully. It also gets stained easily by fingerprints and undried water.
