I recently purchased the Table-Mate II Plus TV Tray Table, and it has been an absolute game-changer for me. Whether I'm eating a meal, working on my laptop, or enjoying some leisure time, this portable table provides the perfect solution.First and foremost, the table's folding design is incredibly convenient. I can easily set it up or fold it away in seconds, making it a space-saving addition to my home. It's lightweight and compact, so I can effortlessly move it around from room to room, and even take it outdoors if needed. The adjustable feature of this table is fantastic. With three angles to choose from, I can customize it to fit my preferred height and position. This makes it comfortable to use while sitting on the couch, in bed, or even on the floor. No more straining my neck or back! The built-in cup holder is a thoughtful addition. It securely holds my beverage, preventing accidental spills and keeping everything within reach. It's especially handy when I'm watching my favorite shows or working on my laptop, as I don't have to worry about placing my drink on a precarious surface. The Table-Mate II Plus is sturdy and durable, capable of supporting a significant amount of weight. I have used it for meals, as a desk for my laptop, and as a stand for books and magazines, and it has never let me down. The surface is smooth and easy to clean, which is a bonus.Overall, I highly recommend the Table-Mate II Plus TV Tray Table. It is a versatile and well-designed product that meets all my expectations. Whether you need a convenient eating space, a portable workstation, or simply a place to place your belongings, this table has got you covered. It's definitely worth the investment!

This is just what I was looking for. A sturdy but cheap laptop desk that adjusts to the height of my chair.I've been working on the porch and deck during this false-spring heat wave. But, my lap would get hot and I my back and wrists were feeling it.This desk fits perfectly on all my chairs and, and allows me to find the sweet spot for working. And it doesn't have that wobbly feel of really cheaply made items.Adjustment is easy and quick, as shown in one of my pictures. You can adjust both height and the angle of the table. The only con, very minor, is that the drink holder would only work for a 12 oz can with at least a few sips taken. The holder is flimsy and has a small opening.

FYI. If you want to fit something within the edges of the tabletop the clear interior dimensions are about 19 1/2" x 14 1/2". If you want to slide a chair underneath the table there is about 18" of space between the legs. I haven't used it a lot yet but here's my first impression. When used for such things as laying out a meal, working on a puzzle, reading, writing and other such tasks, the table is stable but not rigid. It does shake a bit but doesn't seem at all in danger of collapsing. The top of the tray is somewhat textured so if you intend to use it to write upon, you'll probably want to place a smooth pad underneath your piece of paper. The cup holder seems very flimsy and likely to break at any moment. The table was fairly easy to assemble and the legs are easily adjustable. Nice. I planned to store it in the box it came in. I took a photo when I first opened it so that I knew exactly how to put it back together. It must be completely disassembled to fit in the box. Even then it was very difficult and when I was all done pieces punctured the sides of the thin product box and poked out. Frustrating. I'll probably store it in the shipping box between some layers of thin foam so that the pieces don't scratch each other. All in all it seems like a good product for its intended use.

I've had this for a week or so now and have been able to form an opinion of the product. I use this daily for ad hoc computer working when I don't want to go to the desk and the big computer; I use this for my Chromebook computer. So I can't really speak to how sturdy it is because I'm not really taxing it with a lot of weight. But for the Chromebook and the weight of my arms resting on it, it appears to be holding up fairly well. I like the cup holder as it does tend to keep liquids away from my electronics. It is fairly compact (when assembled into its workstation mode) to fit in tight spaces. It is light so transporting it is not an issue. The lack of a crossbar between the legs is a plus in that it gives you ample legroom without constantly kicking the table. The desktop area is big enough for my computer and, if I chose, other accessories like a mouse or paper pad. And the price of this was not extraordinarily high (but I do think it was a little pricey for its function).Assembling the table out of the box was fairly easy, but that's not the assembling I rated 2 stars on. The assembly I speak of is taking it out of storage mode and resetting it for workstation mode. There is room for improvement. The first nuisance with this is when you break it down, the support bar for the desktop and the desktop swing freely so if you are storing this other than vertically you have to deal with these two parts floppng around. The company could certainly add some type of clip to secure these two parts during storage. Secondly the legs do not have holes in them that allow you to store them folded at your preferred setting. When you fold the legs in, you secure them with the pop-out prongs that are used to set the height. The problem is that they did not put these storage notches at every height setting, they only placed two on the legs--at the lowest setting and the midway point. This causes the user to have to reset (after finding the right notch) every time after storage if it is not either of the preset places. And since the legs work independently, that's twice the work. And turning the legs just right for the prongs to pop out into the notch is cumbersome also; you have to make sure you turn it just right at the right spot for the prongs and notch to meet. And I can't tell you how many times in the short period I have had this product that I've set the legs BACKWARDS and had to redo it; the company should put some sort of inhibitor to keep you from turning the legs the wrong way. All that would take is some sort of pimple on the legs to prevent it from turning but one way because when you boil it down, they only need to rotate 90 degrees between storage and use.So the big question is: would I buy this again? It suits my purpose but when I showed my spouse this he said he didn't want to be bothered with all that flipping and snapping. There is another table on this site that works like an ironing board (if some of you can remember what those are) as far as height adjustment. I may give that a try. So the answer is: I dunno. I like that there is no crossbar between the legs and the other positives I stated but none of these are enough to keep me from shopping for another alternative.I'm in the middle of the road with this product.

First off, I'm not using this little table in any sort of conventional way. The sole determining factors for me buying this were the color and the dimensions. I'm completely deleting the glove box in my 2nd Gen Prius and am modifying this table and my Prius to turn my passenger seat into a workstation. This is a pretty versatile and well built little table. It's better built and sturdier than I was anticipating which was a nice surprise. It folds flat and stores away without taking up much space. I initially though the cup holder just freely swiveled depending on how gravity effected it. It locks into each position though. You pull it outwards and adjust it to your needs and then it locks into place. The little tray inside is removable too, so it can accommodate much deeper cups. This table has three adjustment settings. Two work great for the legs pointing towards you and the other works great for putting the legs away from you. The two tiled angles would probably work out for a child to draw or paint on. If you were using this as a tv tray. The way the legs are would be great for pulling it as close to you as you wanted to because the legs can slide right under any chair or couch that has at least a one inch clearance. It has three permanently located pin locking points for table height adjustment. The specific model I bought also has a twist lock locking mechanism. That twist lock allows you to adjust the height to any level you desire if none of the three permanent pin locking points don't fit your need. It really is a great little table. The only design flaw I can think of. Is on the legs. Where the legs bend and start to extend towards you, those metal bends are protected from scratching the paint of by molded plastic covers on the model I bought. Which are great additions as it looks like older models of these tables didn't have those protectors. The very ends of the legs have a rounded cap plugging the hole in the metal pipe leg ends. However, the metal is touching the ground at that point. It would be better for preventing the paint from scratching off the metal legs over extended use if those end caps were a little oversized and kept the metal legs entirely off the floor altogether. You could wrap a little foam or rubber tape there and DIY but it would be nice to see that updated for future models. If both the plastic corner bend pieces and the end caps (after being oversized) had rubber anti sliding pads, that would make it even sturdier but also probably harder to slide around. I'd also like to add, the legs aren't cheaply painted either and they have a really nice finish that will hold up against moderate scratching. Anything and everything can always be improved upon though. As is though, this product is about 99% perfect.
