Tamiya is known for kits that are well thought out and relatively easy to put together, but this Panther D kit is particularly well engineered to fit snug and well worth the reasonable cost. Even the rubber tracks (when glued down the wheels) look great. The Panther D is a bit of a neglected variant when it comes to available kits, so it was nice to see this was done so well. The finished product looks GREAT.Drawbacks: 1) Although the side armor is nicely thin and very well detailed (especially with the attachments to the hull), you cannot really separate/remove the plates because they overlap each other. 2) Tamiya is yet to go thru the efforts to add Zimmerit to their moldings (although for a Panther D, it is not really necessary since this model replicates Battle of Kursk variants/markings which preceded Zimmerit to a degree). 3) Many of the finer things (like metal grills, metal gun, molded tracks) are not included which normally would be from other manufacturers like Dragon/Border. 4) While the cannon fits together very easily and snug to the turret, there is no inner detail to the gun (breach and such) which is a shame because the rear hatch and the commanders hatch open up nicely to reveal a decent amount of the inside of the turret (which is empty)Positives: 1) Extremely good fit-up (which is a typical problem on many Panther kits, including Dragon, in the front and the rear when attaching upper hull to lower hull). 2) While no Zimmerit, there is nice detail on the base metal. 3) While no molded tracks, the rubber tracks included are nicely detailed and glue easily to the wheels for that sag look (however they do lack the lightening holes) without the hassle of piecing together the tracks individually. 4) The spare tracks are nicely detailed, with lightening holes. 5) The side armor brackets fit flawlessly into the side armor plates for a realistic/detailed look. 6) the inside of the hatches have nice detail and look good when left open

シャープなモールドに、初心者から上級者まで幅広く楽しめる難易度。さすがはタミヤです。説明書はわかりやすく、部品同士もカチッと合います。T-34やKVと組み合わせれば、テーブルの上にクルスクの戦場が完成するでしょう😁

Ottimo kit mancano le griglie fotoincise del vano motore ma sono acquistabili separatamente, scelta del produttore.
