Fits perfectly on a lodge cast iron pan 9 inch. Great for cooking eggs and such. Decent quality

Some assembly is required to attach the handle, but it's very easy. I was impressed with the thickness of the tempered glass, as well as the design of the handle connection. This lid fits my 6qt instant pot liner perfectly. Sometimes I use the steel liner as a stock pot on my stovetop, so a good lid comes in handy. This also fits another pan - it's a win win situation. The tempered glass lid has a vent hole to release excess steam pressure, preventing those annoying rattles during use. A good feature. Speaking of rattling - when the package first arrived, I was a little concerned because it made sounds like something inside was broken. But no, it was just the packet of metal fasteners included for connecting the handle to the lid. They even give you an extra set of fasteners, although I don't expect they will be needed. Great product, at a bargain price!

I've been making batches of yogurt with a lid from another pot that doesn't really fit, because then the Instant Pot doesn't beep at me every time I take off the lid to check on it. This new lid fits correctly and looks much less ridiculous. Assembly was easy and I like that there's a spare knob just in case. It seems pretty sturdy and has survived its first couple handwashes and one dishwasher run fine.

Fits my 6 quart Instant Pot perfectly. Nice, sturdy design (and, yes, that includes the handle assembly too). Glass is tempered and the outer ring is well fitted to hold it solidly. Have used it many times with no problems. It's a well constructed, economical alternative to the name brand one.The handle comes in a separate bag and needs to be assembled/attached to the lid before use. Now, I've read other reviews criticizing that it comes with no instructions for doing this, that assembly is difficult/confusing. that it gets loose over time, that it's flimsy, and so on. My opinion? GIVE ME A BREAK!This isn't rocket science, folks. It takes two seconds to look up the information listed right here on the Amazon product page. Maybe another 30 seconds to attach the thing after that. And you're done!You need them to include a 10 page manual (9 of which are in obligatory foreign languages) to attach a knob? Puh-leeze. If you can't find and follow instructions on the Internet, I'm amazed you figured out how to purchase the thing online in the first place.It's loose and flimsy? Try using a screwdriver instead of a butter knife. Or get your carpal-tunnel treated.In summary: Great product, great price, the handle is "knob" a problem.
