Everything works so far. These are a great way to protect your port. This will allow someone to have a magnetic connection that can be separated with a tug without damaging the port.

These adapters are quite handy. I keep one plugged into a laptop, one in a tablet and one in a remote control with the charging part attached to a couple of cables and it's so easy to start a charge and saves wear from repeatedly plugging those electronics in every time. These are a great invention and highly recommended.

I'm using it for my Legion Go docking station because i wanted a magnetic connector to prevent wear and tear of pulling & plugging USB-C port constantly. - actually for all my smart devices & laptops tooPros:* fitting, also its not proprietary so you can use with other brands of similar line of product*silver plated, it seems to have a "Strong Magnetic" feel to it (In my opinion gold material is diamagnetic which i try to avoid)Cons:Not low profile enoughSummary:I really wish a company/manufacture can make their own unique design with a much low profile, dont get me wrong...but like many other copy cats all are similar in form and shapes.

These are fantastic!!!! No more cords that get damaged from it bending near the part of the device where you plug it in. These are magnetic so you can leave the piece in the device and use the cord on other devices. All of my devices now have these in them. Definitely recommend.
