I lost my 3/8 socket that was part of my Craftsman set so got this to replace and fill out the set. It works the same as what I had and seems good quality. Cost was the same as going to the big orange box store so I just ordered on Amazon to avoid the hassle of going to visit the store to get this item locally. I have purchased a few Tekton tools over the years and they seem to work well.

This company is a great resource for well-made, mostly American-made, tool products. Repeatably good quality in these Tekton products I have purchased before and I have not been disappointed. Very reasonable price and above-average quality.

Item came quickly and as described. I bought this item to makeup for a piece was was lost from a wrench set. The size sent was correct with my order and fits my socket wrenches well. My only complaint is that the length is longer than what I originally had and thus it doesn't fit in the correct spot in the set case. To be honest, I overlooked the length dimension in the product description but its really not a big deal at all. I haven't used it yet, but I feel like it will hold up just as well as another socket you can buy at this price range. It was a b*tch getting it out of the plastic packaging it came with though! Obviously not a deal breaker though. I would buy from again if I find myself needing to replace a socket.
