These things are perfect for mobile use and vacations. It's small but keeps the batteries from accidentally touching and making contact with crucial battery conducting points. Keeps the batteries nice and stored. Easy to find instead of it just bouncing around in my laptop backpack.

These battery cases will work, though they feel rather brittle. Two of the battery cases have broken sides that allow them to connect together. Does it hinder the way they hold the batteries? No, it does not. They come in a pack of 10, so a very minor flaw like this is not a big deal. I attribute the flaws to this lovely Michigan weather we are currently having. It is January 4th, 2025 an a blistering 20 degrees outside. Should plastic hold up in these temp? Probably not, especially being that most of the residents here crack much faster in these low temps.

Close firmly as they are supposed to (unlike some other knockoffs I bought here)... snap together if you want to store them like that.

Some cases were hard to snap closed. Over time not sure if they will stay closed.

Simple question, why aren't the packages that rechargeable batteries sold in, reusable? It's kind of crazy, because they're supposed to be "earth conscious" and then they use wasteful jewel packs. Anyway, these little boxes are excellent for organizing rechargeable AA and AAA batteries. I got them for the Xmas season since I have several lighted decorations that use those batteries and also have a standalone camera, and flashlights that use AA's. Opening and closing them is a hassle though, since the tab is very flat and very stiff. It's hard to get a grip on it without your nails and even if you use your nails, you might rip your nail before it opens up. Generally I use some other object to open it. That's annoying. Not enough to lose a star though.
