This automatic soap dispenser looks and works great! It's solid metal (not at all cheap looking) and connected to a good size soap bottle. No more wishing I had a third hand to pump the manual dispenser while holding a pot in one hand and a scrubbing device in another. I had an electrician install it, but could have opted for the battery method. Good for Tesrin for offering the two options. I'm also pleased with Tesrin's quick reply to request for instructions on the remote control. The remoted was included in the packaging but without instructions in the operating manual. I encouraged Tesrin to add those instructions and even in their product description. Installing any soap dispenser is easier if you are young and agile. You have to place yourself right in the cupboard lying down on your back and then reach up high to add the under-the-sink parts. I laid on a soft and thick item under the sink, which definitely helped. More helpful would be asking a teenager to do this part. My kitchen sink tap is squared in shape and this soap dispenser compliments it better than the round one that I was replacing. (the nozzle broke off). This one looks sturdier and more soap comes out with each pump. I have only used it for 2 days, but it seems like a great product.

Bought this soap dispenser to replace our other one that broke. The color matches perfectly and a nice size refill bottle, but about 2 months I'm it started to drip soap all in the sink. Nozzle also clogs easily.
