La TETON Sports Mammoth es una bolsa de dormir de ancha doble con relleno por el cierre y la cabeza, lo cual ayuda mantener el calor por dentro. Para distribuir el relleno de manera igual, se ha espaciado la costura para eliminar las partes frías. Con tres cierres que no se agarran, sino que se auto-reparan, la bolsa de dormir se abre desde arriba o desde abajo permitiendo ventilación ajustable. Además se conecta fácilmente con otra bolsa de dormir para crear una bolsa aún más amplia.

I car camp with my 15 y/o pitbull. We are experimenting, as we mostly go in fall/winter/early spring, with best sleep in the car set ups. After a bad run in with condensation and freezing temps it was clear blankets from home wouldn't cut it. I wanted a 2 person bag that she could sleep inside with me.This is not a lightweight bag. 16 lbs. It is ideal for use at home/car/rv/van camping. But we have been using it home to test it out. It is awesome! Super warm, great loft, the zippers are heavy duty, and well cushioned for sleeping in or on top.I went with the teal 0 degree. First, color is perfect and pretty. wipes clean easily. Second it is huge. I do not see that as a drawback as i read the reviews on youtube and here and knew it would be pretty cumbersome. It will be in the back of my small SUV so just more cushion IMO. My pup likes soft stuff. She adores sleeping on/in it when I put it out at home.There are convenient little pockets right near the top inside on either side for your phone or glasses. The zippers have a lip to prevent getting caught in the liner. The liner is soft and comfortable brushed cotton. I watched a review on youtube of this exact model (I found at least 2) after I purchased and they were really in depth and extended my adoration that I made the right choice.Also, the Teton was rated pretty highly for budget friendly, high quality cold weather sleeping bags from a couple of gear guide reviewers. I did my research and am very satisfied, just waiting for my chance to fully test it outside and then i can update this.Update: My pitbull just turned 17 and this sleeping bag is even her favorite thing at home. Still soft, puffy, and comfortable. It did really well for car camping. No sub zero temps when we went, but kept us toasty and then some in 35-40° just slight frost temps and even on a chilly rainy night.

Producto que cumple con lo que promete, muy buena calidad de materiales. Algo que pueda servir para definir la compra a otros consumidores es que es muy grande y pesado por si piensas en comprarlo para llevarlo de excursión y caminatas. Fácil de guardar pero debes ver un video que te explique como hacerlo, realmente la única forma es meterlo sin orden y conforme vaya entrando.

So far I've used this at home as lockdown has prevented any outdoor trips. The sleeping bag is well made and lighter than I expected. It is warm to touch and retains heat very well. The queen size is superb for me (a larger gent) although I think it would be quite tight for two large individuals. There are internal padded edges along the zip line can can snag if one isn't too careful. There is no internal pocket in this sleeping bag, but overall the acid test is 'did it keep me warm'. Yes, it was excellent at retaining body heat, and in milder weather I had to unzip the side and pop me legs outside to cool down a bit. I am delighted with this product, even though I paid additional dollars for import duties into the UK. EDIT:12th July,2022. Correction, this amazing sleeping bag does in fact have a pocket.

My Boyfriend is 6' tall and we wanted a sleeping bag that was long enough for him that we could share...this is the ONE! He gets hot feet so he just loves that he can unzip his side at the bottom to let his feet breathe, while I can still have my feet tucked snuggly inside. We tried it out last night in the back yard at -7 C. during a wicked windstorm that rocked the tent all night, we spooned tight in our nice cocoon and we were so warm and comfortable together, it's so nice to have a sleeping bag that we can share. We cannot wait to get out into the woods this winter and experience more awesome warm, cozy sleeps in sub zero temps in our new sleeping bag. It packs up nicely and the quality is #1, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a double sleeping bag that is high quality and lives up high expectations.

Muy muy muy cómodo, la verdad me encantó a pesar de que es enorme y estorboso, me parece una excelente opción, acampé en un lugar muy frío y no tuve ningún inconveniente. el largo de la bolsa de dormir es excelente, mi pareja es muy alto y no tuvo problemas

Incredible quality and workmanship, the material is so soft and durable at the same time. The zippers are durable and they look like they will last for years to come. I love how you are able to open the bag on either side as well and this fits perfectly over our Coleman queen sized air mattress.I think the coldest we have slept in this bag outside so far is in Banff National Park when it was about 5 or 6 degrees at night after a whole day of rain.The tent was like an icicle but this sleeping bag was like a furnace.The bag is so easy to put away as well, just fold the sleeping bag in half and stuff it into the compression sack. I was amazed at how such a huge thing could be stored in such a small bag.2021 edit:Still working perfectly. Have been using this sleeping bag with my other half for 3 years and it's still like brand new. Have spent much colder nights since my first review and we have 0 complaints. One trip in Yoho last Fall it went down to about -4C and this thing kept us toasty warm.Before we go on any camping trip, I take the bag out and let it sit in the sun for a few hours. I then turn it inside out and do this again. I was told by Teton that unless your bag is heavily soiled this is the best and easiest way to clean your bag. This seems to do the trick as every time I do this the bag smells like brand new.I highly recommend this sleeping bag as I have recommended it to all my family and friends.

Exelente precio y tamaño ya extendido,muy buen material, pero es bastante pesado y no se puede caminar con el definitivamente es para llevarlo en auto donde te vayas a instalar en caso de un bosque o zona a la interperie.

El envió llego a tiempo,es un producto muy cómodo para dormir, realmente cumple con lo especificado por el vendedor aun que es muy grande y pesado para salir a acampar caminando, pero ideal para viajes en automóvil.

Primero que nada PARA GUARDAR EL SLEEPING DE VUELTA EN SU BOLSA sólo basta meterlo hecho bola, uno tiende a pensar que hay que enrollarlo y luego meter el rollo en la bolsa del sleeping, pero resulta que no es así, basta con meter una orilla del sleeping y seguir metiendo el resto del sleeping así hecho bola en la bolsa, sin tener que enrollarlo ni nada, nada más lo metes como puedas y así es el chiste con los sleepings, no tiene ciencia, nada más comenzar por un extremo y seguir metiéndolo sin ningún orden ni técnica. Pueden ver tutoriales si en youtube buscan "How to Stuff the Mammoth Sleeping Bag into its Stuff Sack".Ahora sí el review:El sleeping está perfecto, perfecto, es súper resistente, muy acolchadito y extremadamente calientito. Yo nunca había visto un sleeping tan grande como este, tan grande y pesado. Pero lo cierto es que es sumamente calientito. Incluso podría decir que está de más de calientito, yo casi no paso frío pero mi novia sí, así que lo compré esperando que estuviera cómoda mientras acampábamos en el Parque Nacional del Chico, en Hidalgo. Por la noche la temperatura estuvo como a 6 grados y ella estaba sùper cómoda pero yo estaba incluso sudando, de hecho el material sintético del que está relleno hace que la humedad se vaya al piso, dos noches el sleeping amaneció mojado de mi lado, dado que no se derramó ningún líquido creo que mi mismo sudor se fué al piso, haciendo que mi lado quedara mojado, eso sí nunca me había pasado en otro sleeping, realmente amaneció mojado. Creo que eso puede ser una ventaja, en lugar de que el sudor humedezca la parte interna se vá al fondo del sleeping que amanece mojado.Creo que el sleeping está un poco sobrado para las temperaturas en México, pero es un hecho que si lo compran no pasarán ningún tipo de frío, está perfecto si lo que buscan es el sleeping más calientito que puedan encontrar.Sin embargo el sleeping es grande, encontré que las medidas son exactamente las de un colchón de tamaño matrimonial, queda exactamente sobre la superficie del colchón, si necesitan darse una idea es exactamente así, lo que mide un colchón matrimonial, ese es el tamaño del sleeping extendido, perfecto para una pareja; el sleeping ya empacado es un cilindro que mide algo así como 80 x 50 cm ya comprimido y es muy pesado, no tengo báscula a la mano pero debe estar cerca de los 8kg. Es enorme y sólo lo recomendaría si vas a viajar en coche, porque irlo cargando no es opción.Sí lo recomiendo, a mí se me hizo de más de calientito, pero eso te asegura que soportarás temperaturas de hasta unos -5 grados centígrados, fácil.

Es un sleeping familiar, puedes meter a dos personas, un niño y hasta un perro. Pero así como te costará trabajo sacarlo de su costal, te costará el triple meterlo a menos que veas un video que la misma compañia hizo para resolver el dilema de guardarlo en su costal nuevamente. Una vez dominando eso, el sleeping vuelve a su lugar en unos cuantos minutos. Es muy grande y pesado (guardado mide 80 cms x un diámetro de 37 cms!), pero a la vez es lo único que necesitarás para dormir caliente. Una desventaja muy triste es que a pesar de que puedes separar las dos partes del sleeping, no puedes cerrar cada una por completo para hacer dos sleepings individuales (a menos que utilices algun truco extra), eso hubiera hecho de este producto un 5 estrellas seguro!

El único punto débil de este grandioso producto es la mochila de transporte, el sleeping bag llega en una caja enorme, la bolsa de empaque es grande y se encuentra muy bien comprimida. Cuando sacas el sleeping te quedas sorprendido del verdadero tamaño del Sleeping caben perfectamente dos personas con el espacio suficiente para moverte y no molestar a tu pareja, el producto cumple con lo que promete y nuca mas pasaras frió, tiene aberturas en cada lado para la ventilación por si llegas a tener demasiado calor por la noche, lo malo es muy difícil volver a guardar el Sleeping en su bolsa de transporte, esto es imposible :(*************************************************Actualización*************************************************Después de ver un vídeo descubrí que no es necesario volver a doblar el sleeping sólo es ir metiendo poco a poco en la bolsa sin seguir un patrón definido. Ya lo probé y sólo me tomo 3 minutos volver a colocarlo por lo que pongo las 5 estrellas

I bought this sleeping bag for my boyfriend and I. We really enjoy tent camping, but I was sick of bringing a stack of blankets and freezing all night anyway. We do most of our camping in the summer, but living in Pennsylvania, it can still get very chilly at night. I was afraid that this bag might be a little too warm for us on a summer night once I saw how thick it was. We ended up laying on top of it, which is very comfortable anyway, since it is so thick and fluffy. As the night wore on though, we both got chilly and crawled inside. Never have I slept so comfortably on a camping trip. It was perfect. Being able to unzip the sides makes this great for a cool, summer night. Just a little bit of air, but still kept us nice and warm. Probably the first camping trip I've been on where I didn't spend the majority of the night shivering. We were so comfortable the next morning, we didn't even want to wake up. Even my boyfriend who is a crack of dawn riser slept late with me. The price scared me a little, but it was really worth it. I'm really looking forward to camping again just so we can snuggle up inside this thing. We joked that between this sleeping bag and our new air mattress, that we were more comfortable in our camping bed then in our real bed at home. Oh and despite what some other reviewers said about having a hard time getting the sleeping bag into the stuff sack, we had no problems at all.
