These shoe-slippers are so comfy, warm and durable. I own a few pair. I live in the mountains off of a dirt road. These shoes slip on and off so easily, and they can withstand me walking outside on dirt, mud and even snow. Although they’re not made for hiking, I’ve definitely walked a few miles in these shoes and they have held up. Great traction. They clean up nicely. I highly recommend them. True to size.

I ultimately ended up returning these as I didn't love them, but there were good aspects too. The good: the insole is comfortable, they keep your feet warm, and are easy to put on and take off. The not-so-good: these ran a little wide (I have a medium width foot) and the heel doesn't offer much in the way of keeping them on as the heel is collapsible fabric. This meant the shoes didn't feel secure and my heel shifted quite a bit when walking despite having the correct size. I usually wear an 8.5 or 9 and the 9 fit true to size length-wise. Not a bad choice if you'll be strictly wearing them around the campfire or idling at home, but not great for dinking around town on errands l which is what I would use them for.

I have 2 sets of these now. Originally purchased for use as camp slippers.I had foot surgery and once I started weight bearing on my foot without any cast on, I found I needed to wear some sort of shoe at all times inside and outside with good support.I purchased this second set for at home and absolutely love them even more than ever now!! These slippers have an insert in them which provide support but can be removed and replaced with any foot insole insert you may want to have in there instead

I went up half a size considering I might wear thicker socks in winter. Still, it was so small that pinched my nerves. I suggest going up at least a full size. It’s also very narrow and not suitable for wider feet.
