The quality is very good and capacity is twice what most double boilers listed on Amazon can handle.I use it to melt and then strain bees wax, harvested from Langstoth frames, using a crush and strain method. I can process the wax from 5 "deep" Langstroth frames (after pressing the wax in a fruir press to remove almost all of the honey).My wife makes fudge and chocolate pie filling...and we may need to buy another one of these for those purposes.

Bought this to make products for my hair. Double boilers are next to impossible to get so I snatched this one up. It's perfect for large or small batches of products and it is safer to use than my makeshift double boiler.Pots are thinner and lighter than anticipated but that's fine for the intended use.Glad for the two different colours so I know which is to at the bottom or top.Thank you Amazon 😁

Dedicated double boilers are hard to find. This one does the job, the boiler is well fitted into the cooking pot. But the quality is only basic.

Received a faulty product. The bottom pot was damaged resulting in the top pot unable to stack on the bottom.

I am using this Double Boiler to heat milk to 82°C and holding it there for at least 30 minutes.This item is lightweight and easily holds the 2 litres of milk I need. I am able to hold the milk temperature close to what I want with very little effort. So much easier now.It is ideal for making my yogurt.

Muy linda la olla, es muy útil y en verdad a muy buen precio. La compre porque compre una máquina para hacer yogurt, y fue de gran utilidad ya que solo la utilizo para calentar la leche, y asi no contaminó sabores.
