I bought this AiO as an alternative to some of the much more expensive ones from larger brands and am generally pleasantly surprised. For under $100, you get a very good AiO cooler with a customizable LCD screen that cools just as well as the competition minus a few odd caveats.Out of the box, the cooler looks good. Nothing cheaply built about it. The installation was like any other AiO I’ve installed in the past, went along smooth enough and the instructions were clear. You might want to bring your own thermal paste, however, as the one provided by ThermalRight is bone dry and is barely usable. From a pure functionality standpoint, it performs about as well as any of the top AiOs out there. It keeps my 9600x cool even with PBO on.One of my biggest criticisms about this cooler, however would be how loud it gets at max pump speed. Most AiOs I’ve worked with plug into a dedicated AiO motherboard header via a DC header coming from the pump. This AiO actually plugs from the radiator and has a PMW header. ThermalRight lists this product’s max pump speed at 3000RPM with a DC header. In reality, the product’s box lists a 6400 max pump RPM, much much higher than any other AIO I’ve ever seen. With most other AiO’s you would ideally want to set the speed of the AIO to its max at all times for the best cooling and longevity. This isn’t the case with the FW360 V2. At its full 6400 RPM, the pump gets noticeably noisy and whiny. I would recommend lowering the pump speed to a much lower RPM for reduced noise. I have mine set to the lowest my bios would allow me to right around 3700-3800 RPM. Even that is quite a bit higher than many others on the market. 6400 RPM max is absurd and I wonder if this cooler is even meant to hit such a number, especially for an extended amount of time. Even Thermalright’s other products don’t list a pump RPM this absurdly high. It’s very odd to say the least. My second biggest complaint come from the software. As cool as it is that you can now get an AiO with a customizable LCD screen, it is quite frustrating that the SATA/USB cable required to power the display has regular disconnects for no diagnosable reason. One user pointed out that this might boil down to the PSU. I tried a different PSU on my new build and sure enough, the issue seems to have resolved itself. Odd, however that this is a problem to begin with as I’ve not had this problem with other AiOs in the past.Overall, the FW360 V2 is a decent product. It works as well as their other coolers and especially compared to the competition when you’re looking for value. Good build quality, good performance, and usable software make it a great choice if you are willing to trade off some creature comforts. But I might suggest the other Frozen Warframe V1 instead, however. This one has extraordinarily odd specifications for it compared to its older counterpart and makes me question how Thermalright are testing these products.

It works at least. Software is easy to use. My temps are a little higher than expected. Idle I get 40c-45c during cinabench I get 80c-82c. I think temps are high because the thermal paste that came with the cooler was dry and sticky didnt seem normal.. So i would make sure to buy a good thermal paste along with this. Other than that. It works. Looks pretty good. Adds cables to the inside of your build so you’re trying to be 100 percent cable less this isnt for you. If you dont mind a few cables then go for it.

Update 2: If you're having the same problem as me (LCD works at first, disconnects after a while), as far as I've been able to deduce, it's a power supply issue. Short of feeding a USB C cable outside the case and plugging it into a regular port, there's not much else I could do, but I did have a spare USB header on my board. I got a 9-pin Dupont to USB A adapter, got a regular right-angle USB C cable, and just plugged it all in that way and it's been working pretty much fine ever since.Update: The biggest reason I opted for this one over a cheaper AIO was the LCD screen. Ever since installation I've had nothing but trouble keeping it connected to the software (TRCC). Contacting support has produced no solutions. It might be a power issue, but answers are scarce and I'm sick to death of dealing with it.It's been nearly a month and this has been a major thorn in my side the whole time.I wish I had just gone with the cheaper one.Original review:I took a chance because my Lian Li AIO died after less than two years, and I figured if I was gonna end up with something that might go bad in a similar time frame then I might as well spend a lot less on it. I was considering going with a less expensive model, but adding a screen for maybe 20 bucks more felt like a win so I went for it.Build quality is good. Nothing about any of it feels cheap, and the branding is unobtrusive. Most importantly, it runs pretty quiet and keeps my CPU idling between 25 and 30C (I expect those temps to go up during the summer; it's currently winter and I live in kind of a cold space.)This was kind of a pain to install, but it's the same with pretty much any of these units. The software is nothing to write home about, but it was easy enough to set up a GIF just to have something on the screen that wasn't one of the stock designs. This felt like a really good buy overall, so here's hoping it lasts.
