Now looked and looked over all the sleeping bags and finally settled on this bag. Great sleeping bag and totally happy with my purchase. Now will keep me warm it seems on those more chilly nights. Love the bag for the little foot place they have in the bag. I usually toss and turn at night so ample warm in the bag. Plus so lightweight for a synthetic bag which comes in handy with my cycling and backpacking. And the bag packs up smaller when compressed then some other synthetic bags which have had recently. The bag is totally worth the amount paid for the bag.

This is fine when all is good in the world, but the first time I used it in the cold I shivered all night,thin, I wouldn't buy this for anything other than summer use.

Bag seemed good quality. Hood larger than most mummy bags of the same price range. Zipper doesn't stick.4 stars due to the pad straps not fitting a 30 inch pad. Nowhere does it state in product description what size pad the pad straps will fit. The straps are not stretchy enough to go around a 30 inch pad. I know that most pads people use are 20 or 25 inch but 30 inch while not common do exist in the backpacking world and are used by enough people that the description should address the size pad this bag can be used with. I purchased this bag over a Big Agnes because the Big Agnes bag states their pad straps only fit up to 25 inch and this bag just says their straps stretch around your pad. Well not mine...

This bag is very good. Bought the 20 degree version. I've been camping in cold northern Minnesota weather in this. The comfort rating is 32 degrees. Honestly anything under and your extremities start to get cold. Five stars for the fact you get exactly what thermarest tells you it is. The most comfortable bag I've owned, the inner material is soft and doesn't feel like cheap polyester on the skin. The footbox is roomy, you can actually turn in this bag. For a synthetic bag I couldn't be happier. Only thing I've noticed is that it is made in China. I was under the impression all thermarest products were made in the United States. Not a deal breaker but would be nice to be made in house.
