I recently got this yoga kit, and I have to say, it’s been a game changer for my practice! All the beautifully colored tools are great but the back stretcher is what I was most interested in. It really helped with my alignment and flexibility. I didnt really need the additional yoga tools but for the price, it made sense to get the whole kit. I was a bit skeptical b/c most wheels are similarly priced to the WHOLE kit! I was glad I did because the other tools are well made and sturdy. I have now donated my old equipment and am loving my new tools!What I love most is how everything fits neatly into the included carry bag. It’s super convenient to have everything organized in one bag- keeps stuff together and you can grab and go easily!Using the back stretcher and blocks has helped me deepen my stretches, as I feel more supported when I'm trying to achieve those tricky poses. Plus, it gives me the confidence to push my limits a little more each time. Something this tight person desperately needs!I have only had them a few days. However, at this point, I highly recommend this kit and give it two thumbs up! 🧘♀️✨ I will come back and edit my post if my opinion changes after using them over time.

This are amazing. I'm an Athletic Trainer at a small college, and the athletes constantly want to stretch or crack their back. I bought these after seeing that other wheel all over my Facebook. This one is more economical and has a case and some TheraBands. The kids like it and I use it myself from time to time. It feels amazing to stretch out your back and get a it to pop. Just one thing, if you have long hair, make sure you put it up in a clip or messy bun, because it does hurt to roll over.
