You do apply more pressure on your toes by adding 2 inches to your heel.The toe area is really narrow. It's a design thing though. Not everyone is a fan of a wider toe area. I don't think it's fair to give it 4* because of that. Just beware.I bought it for a wedding, just to be about 6'1 in height instead of 5'11. Not something I'd wear to the office though. Just for special occasions.

It’s a great looking show and I love the way it looks, but under a week of wearing them the tongue has begun to fall off craftsmanships Attention to detail is obviously lacking.

No man wants to look like an Oompa Loompa on his wedding day and I'm sure glad I avoided that!I bought these to go with my tux for my wedding, since my wife was wearing high heals, and all I can say is Golly-Gee-Wiz, I love it! I was taller and more confident, which happens to be an amazing benefit considering I took a plethora of pictures with everyone that day and it got shared all over the world wide web!Since the shoes were for such a special occasion, I have only worn them 2-4 times, so I cannot speak to its durability yet. However, I am very glad with my purchase and will consider TOTO again for future needs.

I wore them for 13 hours and had no problems with comfort.
