This holster works perfect for my little rock pick. I also like the rustic look and the ability to clip on a knife. The leather is thick with rivets. It also has a decorative design on it. Should last for years.

Quality leather but not big enough for a standard size hammer. Small rock hammer maybe.

Very good construction, really nice thick leather. Bought it to keep my hatchet on my hip while I cut trail in the summer

Great for the price and is as advertised. It does keep hammer snug so if ur constantly grabbing for it this may not b the way to go

First off...this really is a great product, built to very standards. I think this is going to last a long time. Just note...If you have anything other than an old school, wooden-handled hammer, it's not going to fit. I was able to fix this by wrapping an old tool in duct tape until it was fatter than my hammer's handle and forcing it into the holder. I left it there for a few days to stretch the leather and it is working perfectly now. The only thing I can think of to take this from 4* to 5* is if it came a little bigger to fit the handles of 90% of the modern hammers on the market.
