I recently upgraded my mesh network to WiFi 7 and wasn't getting very good throughput on a computer that is only a few years old even though not very far from the satellite. I ordered this and it arrived right on time. The install was very easy and loaded up the drivers and made the switch from my built-in receiver to this. It was night and day. I have 1 gig service and was pulling in over 800 mps with low latency. it's awesome!

Works excellently on my Windows 11 machine. Like others, the card was installed & the drivers were installed but nothing changed. There was no wifi option. This is an easy fix. If you go to your Device manager you will see it. Right click and select "Properties" then "Driver". Next select "update driver" and select "Manually locate driver". Then select the driver USB, it will link the already installed driver to this device and work flawlessly. You can then update the driver normally and with no issues with the latest driver off of TP Link's website.

I recently upgraded my internet package and this included upgrading to 2gbps down. I was very skeptical of ever being able to actually reach this speed on my gaming PC which runs on wireless. I bought this card hoping to take advantage of the recent release of Wifi7 Tri-band wireless products and it was instantly much much faster. I was getting around 250mbps down over Wifi on my approximately 4 year old wireless card and router and now I was getting around 500-600mbps down. When I later received my Wifi7 Tri-band router, I was now completely saturating my maximum download speed from my ISP at 2gbps. The upload speed is typically 10-15% on this internet package but that's a limitation of my ISP. I was absolutely shocked that I was able to do this for such an affordable price. My only hope is that the card and router hold up over time but they both feel like premium made products and they have my confidence in their longevity. What a time to be alive.

I usually hate tp-link products because they lack so many advance features and always makes it impossible to manage your own network. Lately TP-Link has been moving towards the right direction.I have TP-Link wifi 7 routers and for some reason this adapter just works seamlessly on my mesh network. Crazy fast and good signal strength range for wifi 7. Almost seems to good to be true. But strangely enough it works how it should. I am about 40 feet from the router and a single dry wall in between and I am still getting max 5.8gpbs signal strength. Able to get my usual 1.4gbps isp speed.Pro tip for ya wifi speed chasers, mount your routers high up closer to the ceiling and preferrably at a corner.I love the atenna base, it has very strong magnets. Once you place it on something metal, that boy aint never budging unless you rip it off. The whole packaging and the product feels very premium.TP-Link you did a great job on this one. Keep the price at 70 and for sure this checks all the boxes for any gamer or wifi speed fanatic out there looking for quality, speed and bang for buck.Cheers.

Install was easy and instructions were good. Be SURE you have windows 11 or this unit will not work on your PC. I found that the hard way and had to pay $149 for the licensing to get it. I didn't really want to upgrade that.I get about 200-250mbps with the wifi card and it has eliminated thr occasional stutter I had when playing online games.
