They fit perfectly, snapped right into place and have looked great since. My factory ones broke so I swapped em 4 months ago and these still work perfectly. Very happy with my purchase and worth the price. The color is also spot on to the originals so that was a plus as well.

Have a 2005 Ram 1500. Been dealing with the "sliding switch panel" issue too long ( on both doors). These are worth every penny. Bought the set and literally 5 min. Install. My old ones were loose and did'nt even need a tool to remove. Push a tab and the connectors come right off. Super easy. Snap them into the new plates. I lined up the tabs from seat side so I could see they were in place and then pressed down on the door side, popped right in and ain't moving now!Same on the driver side, just reuse the 3 screws to attach to new panel. Super easy and the fit great. I ordered the grey because my interior is like dark slate color. They are a little lighter than the listing shows but I actually like the contrast because the switches are easier to see at night.
