Keeps the kid warm in water, easy to put on and take off. Held up the whole summer, but runs small.

Even though we live in a hot southern state, our pool gets a lot of shade and takes longer to warm to a comfortable swimming temp so I ordered this Intbost wetsuit top for one of our littles. I ordered a size 6 for our 4 ½ year old and it fits him perfectly. He’s tall for his age at 48” but very slender weighing 45lbs. The size chart gives recommendations based on weight, bust, waist, and hips, but I wondered if it would be short on his arms and torso - I went with the size 6. There is only a ½” difference in the max measurements on the smaller size and the minimum on the next larger size. I provided some measurements of the wetsuit top for those that need a sleeve and torso length. The top is the quality I expected comparing to other wetsuits we already own. It has quality seams, is a heavy weight, and the zipper flows easily. I assumed I would be able to also order matching bottoms as shown in the advertised photos but I have been unable to find those. So my only negative would be that if you also want the bottoms to match, this might not be the top for you.

We love going to the beach all year round and the water can get really cold. The grandkids still love to go in the water, so I decided to get them wetsuits. This one looks good for my 4 year old granddaughter even though it is only a top, I was not sure she would want to put on one that was one piece. The size chart gives recommendations based on weight, bust, waist, and hips, which I referred to and were accurate. I ordered a size 6 for my 4 year old granddaughter and it fits her perfectly. It has quality seams, is a heavy weight, and the zipper flows easily. It is easy for her to take on and off and looks so cute on her. The colors are perfect, she loves both pink and purple so she had no trouble wanting to put it on.

This is definitely a quality item for cold-weather water play, with the 2mm thickness of this 90% neoprene (10% jersey) wetsuit fending off the chill. I really love the pink/purple combo as well as the styling, and think many little girls would agree with me. Pink is my favorite color, and my daughter's is purple, so it definitely ticks the fun & stylish item boxes for us. But more than just being good looking, this long-sleeve wetsuit top also has quality stitching where you need it, and I'm impressed with the zipper too. Not puny or cheap. You only get the top when you order, but it's well worth buying the set if your daughter likes to scuba, snorkel or surf in all seasons. Even if your little one's like to jump around in the Atlantic, this is a good item to keep them warm early or late in the season. It says the top is size 10, which is the biggest I could order, but it feels a little smaller than that. But every kid is different. Enjoy this A+ item if you order it too!
