This suitcase is much bigger than what I expected. It is as long as my previous suitcase but is so much deeper. It is suited to a much bigger person. I think that the 25 inch suitcase would be better for me. I would return it or try to exchange it for the smaller size but living in Australia makes it near to impossible.

Yep, that’s it. After only one trip, the zipper is busted and one of the pull tabs is gone. I expected a lot more from a fairly pricey piece of luggage by a reputable company.

Good quality plenty of room for versus the medium. Nice not to be so crammed. Hard to weigh to know if over 50. I bring another carry on w space prepared to take something out if it's over weight limit .

I ordered this bag and was happy to pay for the premium elite to get a much higher quality bag.I filled it up 3 days later and went on two separate flights to get home.After the first flight, I had a hole in the thin fabric. The fabric actually looks durable, but it is absolutely not. It has no empty rip quality to it at all. I was incredibly surprised!After the second flight, the rich dark espresso colored "leather" scuffed off the thin vinyl looking top layer and revealed what looks like cheap rubber. Actually, before it scuffed off, it looks like a cheap vinyl coating and I was very disappointed in it. It's not classy looking at all. Imagine a quality leather purse... If it's scuffs, it adds to the patina. It doesn't peel off.And I also received it after my second flight with a zipper mechanism completely missing. Not just the pull tab.... But one of the two main zippers metal moving closures is gone. There's only one zipper. It no longer will lock. I can't even lock just the one zipper because that would leave half of the suitcase unzipped and open for my stuff to fall out. The zipper mechanism is just gone!I'd give anything if I'd spent the $1,200 and gotten one of the premium brands. I heard so many good things about this brand. It's garbage! I honestly don't see how there's so many good reviews. Have we just gotten to the point where we expect so little?I have a 25-year-old beautiful suitcase that has just finally gotten a large cut in the fabric and I had to get rid of it. I looked at the cut in the fabric. It is over a 16th of an inch thick fabric, with a thick rubbery structural backing. This new bag... It's just a thin piece of canvas. And not even a rugged rip proof quality.I can't believe what you apparently have to pay for a quality item. But I guess I should have known. I also can't believe what we are accepting as decent stuff these days. It's honestly a mystery to me how this item gets such good reviews.
