This bolster arrived in a compressed state but inflated to a very firm support. It provides a cushioned seat but keeps its shape and is a great asset for maintaining different poses.

Pillow offered great support for my back during my yoga practice. I have a problem with sciatica and this is just the support that I needed!Other reviews have mentioned problems with inflation of the bolster, I did not experience that problem. The pictures I posted were taken 4 hours after I took it out of the box. I used it for a session 2 hours after I took it out of the box and it worked great!

These Bolsters and straps are absolutely beautiful!!!They came vacuum packed , and puffed out great.They feel extreme soft and very comfortable.One strap was missing out of the 10 that I purchased , Temu responded quick and rectify the issue immediately.I would highly recommend these cushions🙏 🙏Namaste Rose

El artículo llegó empacado en una casa minúscula. Resultó que la almohada estaba empacada al alto vacío.Las instrucciones dicen que en 48 horas debería tomar su tamaño final, lo cual no ocurrió después de una semana. Solicité una devolución y ha pasado casi un mes sin tener mayores noticias. Buen producto, pero mucho tiempo perdido y riesgo de que no sirva al final.

I'm mostly writing this in the hopes of helping others who are here wondering if this thing is ever going to decompress to its full size. It will! Mine did, at least. The label said 1-2 days. The listing said to wait 2-3 days. Mine was still pretty smushed and underwhelming by day 4 after unboxing. But as I spent the next few days lamenting dealing with a product return, after 6-7 days it had actually expanded to its full size. I haven't used a lot of other bolsters to compare, but this provides good support and I have no complaints.

This is shipped vacuum sealed, so it's flat. I read that it puffs up in about 4 hours. It's been a day and this still hasn't puffed up. The inside feels like a thick piece of cardboard and I can't make it expand manually, so I'm not sure how this was supposed to expand on its own. I don't know how to return it, since it expanded a little and will no longer fit in the bag. Don't waste your money.
