I bought this suit specifically because of the black and white. However, it has started to look navy blue and white because the black has significantly faded in a very short period of time.

my suits last for three four yrs in high chlorine public poolbut order a few sizes up they do not stretch much due to the polyester. I wear a size 6 bought a 10

I just retire my other competitive swimsuit by TYR and needed a replacement. This was the model closest to what I had. I did measurement by the company's chart and fall right in size 32. I am 5'3" and weigh 114 lbs and have a long torso. I read reviews here and decided to go 1 size up (34). The size 34 was way too snug for my torso. Hip and chest were fine but the length wasn't It was like the swimsuit eating my flesh. I had to go up 2 sizes (36) and finally fit right- with hip area a little loose, of course. So if you have a long torso, I suggest you go up 2 sizes.

I like the style, construction and fit of TYR swimsuits. I bought the yellow on cobalt blue in June 2021 and the other a green on black recently. Sadly after 5 months of wear in chlorinated pool the cobalt blue has lost its colour and turned a light blue.

I have a similar suit in fushia that is about to wear out. It was my favorite suit to wear. Now I have another great suit. The quality of TYR suit makes the difference. I am comfortable in the fabric, seaming is strong, and strap width is very conducive to a wonderful swim workout. I am with a Master's Swim program and in the water 5 out of 7 days. TYR suits can take the punishment.
