I installed this compressor on my 2006 GMC 2500hd Duramax. It has colder AC now than it's ever had. I also replaced condenser, dryer, orifice tube and flushed the system before charging also replaced the fan clutch. Truck blows 38 degree air out of the vents at 100 degrees outside air now. I'm happy with the compressor. I bought this compressor because it said it was for an ambulance package truck I figure it's a little bigger compressor than the factory one that came on the truck. At this point compressor has been on the truck since April 2024 and has around 12000 miles since installed and still working flawlessly.

Complete junk. Lasted 5 seconds. Amazon sent replacement. That one was junk also. Drained oil from the compressor and it was full of metal from the factory like it was never cleaned after machining. So never installed the replacement

Great bolt on replacement, A/C hasn't blown this coldin a few years!!
