Read the description carefully and its entirety. I was disappointed to learn it is only meant for desktop. The unit I received doesn’t not have a tripod pole that extends 68”. And you need to make certain your phone is MagSafe. And it doesn’t work through cases.The good thing is the magnet is very strong. And the range of lights is always a plus. Also, the portability is nice to have. Along with the ability to charge your phone while using the device.Overall, I’m not certain the price point matches the actual product.

Telescoping selfie stick and a camera phone tripod in one, and does them both very well. The selfie stick itself is very lightwight, and extends out a crazy amount with solid stability.The little remote attachment is reachable from the selfie stick handle, allowing you to capture photos easily. The extending pole is very well manufactured to tolerance and unless you bump it around a bunch it's very stable and you feel you have solid control over the camera end.The remote paired very easily and I have never had the battery die on me before I was able to charge it again. The stand itself including a charging port AND USB-A to USB-C adapter is a nice touch, and you can connect just about any phone to it very easily.The round LED light gets very bright and I've also used it to work on electronics when I needed a light nearby. The charging cord is a bummer and I wish it was rechargeable instead, but for how bright it is I can see why they chose to use an a/c adapter instead.MagSafe pad holds STRONG and is moveable anywhere you need. It's tricky to use the (better) backside camera of an iPhone while attached, but I was able to manage by spinning the phone around and bending the arm the opposite direction.Does everything I need it to and is amazing for large family photos where we used to have someone exclude themselves from the shot to get the perfect photo. Now I bring this and just use the remote!

The design appears simple. Plug it in, lights look good. But there is a remote that pairs to the phone and that is not responsive so can't use hands free. It has a magnet to hold the phone but you have to have another magnet already on the phone so didn't get to try that yet.

I got this because I wanted to start vlogging about my photography projects but wanted something i could tear down and put away. This works perfect for this application. The material is cheap, but doesn't feel that way when its all set up, so it becomes best of both worlds in that scenario. I like how bright the ring light is. And the magnet makes setting up my iPhone X super easy. Highly recommend this for anyone looking to do vlog like videos that needs a really simple set up.
