The phone mount, when secured, aligns to the tilt mount (the part with the thumb screw) - which means the phone can only tilt either forward and backward or left to right. In order to tilt 2 dimensionally (front to back and left to right at the same time), the phone mount must not be fully screwed on. Not ideal.

I wouldn't trust this item with my phone's safety. I have a bigger phone (Samsung S24 Ultra). My phone also has a case on it. This item will not securely hold the phone with the case on it. I tried taking the case off and it fit better in the clamps on the selfie stick but there was not much grip and the phone did not feel secure. They provide a magnet ring to stick on your phone that magnetizes it to the stick but again this is only practical without the case on the phone. I always keep a protective case on my phone so this product will not work for me. Quality of the product feels like what you would expect for $40. Looks cool, I just wish it was better thought out.

I love this tripod its super tall and sturdy. I was looking for something compact but still lengthy when extended. Great for recording and taking photographs for my business. The magnetic phone hold section is a great bonus. Great price and super easy to use.

Thought it might have been a dud battery?Spent $10 on a new battery and it still doesn’t work
