Very durable and comfortable to wear. Has a pocket just big enough for my phone and keys and can attach my water bottle holder. I bought two ten pound barbell weights from Walmart to insert one in back and one in front. Only downside is that the torso belt clips will fall off when there is no tension. To trail run I have tried 2 other weight vests that had fallen apart in a few months but this unbroken vest should last years just judging by its performance.

I am a female, 5'5" and 130 lbs. I do olympic weightlifting and due to an injury, needed to take a break. This plate carrier has been a huge help in adding weight to what would otherwise be body weight only exercises. It fits perfect where most others I have tried were just too big and way to long on my body. The fact I can take this to the gym and insert the weight there is also helpful that I dont have to carry additional weight around with me.

I really like that the vest can have the weight changed out easily. It is easily adjustable and decently comfortable on the shoulders. It does bounce when I run/sprint but due to the weight in the vest, but I believe that's just an unavoidable side effect. Generally I only do short sprints and hold the chest part of the vest so the effect is minimized. I would not however recommend wearing it shirtless like the guy in the photo else you will end up with all your chest hair and potentially some of your skin chafed off...

i bought this vest and i wore it today for my run! it fits super comfortably and my lower back doesnt ache when i run. however the velcro on the inside for securing the plate is a little confusing. and also make sure you wear a good shirt because i didnt realize until i had gone to shower that it gave me a bad brush burn on my back from bouncing around while running...

I am very happy with my vest and the seller. I had an issue with the straps, so i contacted the seller and they took care of the issue. I recommend the vest to a friend and he purchased one.
