This set of yoga wheels is well made, strong as advertised, and performs as well as the plexus wheels I have previously used. I have just received and used the product so can’t opine on durability, but I expect to enjoy them for many years.As to pain relief, this is very subjective. Fir me, I feel safe using it and believe it is helping to keep my back healthy and flexible.

Compre el producto por dolores de espalda y cuando los use quede maravillada de lo agradable que se siente usarlo. Sus tres permiten que no importe la estatura solo el equilibrio al momento de practicar yoga con las ruedas o un ligero masaje a la espalda. Se los recomiendo, en especial a las personas como yo que estamos mucho tiempo sentados frente a una computadora.

Got them for my wife for Christmas. She loves them... No issues with the product, seem sturdy and appear as listed. No flawsDid take a couple of weeks even with prime.

I LOVE these yoga wheels. I’ve been using them almost daily for a couple of weeks since I got them to alleviate some pain and pressure I have in my back and occasionally to help my muscles recover from a tough workout after the fact—don’t use the big wheel for this though, I use the smallest one, the biggest one is ideal for spine relief though.The mat-like material on them is supremely thick, I never feel the hard plastic inside ring touching my back which is AWESOME, and they don’t smell or get sticky or anything even after constant use both before and after my regular yoga workouts. I do wipe them down with a little bit of mat wash once I’m done cleaning my mat itself for the day, and they still look like I just took them out of the box!! And there was no chemical gross smell when I opened them initially either. I love these, they’re worth the investment.

These things are awesome, I was originally looking to get the chirp wheels but I saw a fair number of negative reviews concerning delivery and customer service. These ones are just as good in my opinion and have really helped my sore back from sitting at a desk. My whole family loves using them!

I have a number of different rollers and I like this one a great deal. It is very sturdy and the 5" width does a fantastic job of helping to relieve pain and pressure on the spine. I will say, be cautious when you get started. Start with the smaller roller and slowly work your way up. The largest roller is still a little tricky for me and does require some decent balance. However, the I am very comfortable with the small and medium so it's more of a goal to work up to than a frustration. The PDF guide that UpCircleSeven sends you is helpful and provides a variety of exercise and stretches.

El diseño es muy bonito, la banda acolchonada que cubre la rueda da una buena sensación al momento de usarla.
