This tin has a good weight and conducts heat evenly. In combination with a pre-heated baking steel or tray underneath no soggy bottom. Perfect size and depth for most sweet pie recipes I've come across. The coating seems pretty resilient and hasn't scratched despite cutting pie (albeit gently) with a metal knife. Picture is a rhubarb pie.

If you are into pies, you must buy this pan. Already used it twice since the pan arrived last week, the results are excellent. The pie slides out of thr pan with no effort and the crust is like store bought.

Excelente producto! Me pesaba invertir en este molde por el precio, pero vale mucho la pena. Hice un pay de queso y se deslizó muy fácil. Lo súper recomiendo👍
