I had a power tracks locker before and it failed the Spartans locker has a much more solid pin and spring design and the installation is much easier

Awesome rear locker! Install was easier than I thought it would be. And now my XJ will go anywhere, just about. There are a few videos on YouTube on how to install, WATCH THEM! Saves you time and headache and hassle!

Make sure you read directions, and watch videos. Some lockers require side gear shims some don’t, would make a big difference. Over all, very happy with performance.

It's starting to quiet down a bit. I don't mind the clicking. It's a small pay off for being locked. Take the turns w/out giving it gas or at least be slow & steady if using the go pedal. It is very easy to chirp the tires. Off roading, this is awesome! I took it to a local wash, kept it in 2WD, and there was no stopping me. My front is also locked, so in 4WD this thing is unstoppable...as long as I can get traction. Worth the money.
