Got item… first off, had to transfer the negative metal tab portion of my old fob to the new one as this did NOT come with one. Second when I snapped the two pcs together as it should be.. the UNLOCK and TRUNK buttons would function (felt as if top panel was smooshing them). Thankfully I kept what was left of the old fob intact and used the original backing … AFTER transferring negative metal tab back … smh …

I had to make some minor adjustments and using the rubber gasket from the original to make it work. Once that was done, it works great.

The key ring part of the original key fob broke. Perfect replacement and works perfectly.

Easy swap. Made my fob like new. Just remember to swap out the metal battery bracket on the back piece and you're golden.

Worked well for my Acura TSX 2005. Caution, the battery contact is not included. I had to transfer the battery contact from the old key fob to this one. It was not a big deal for me, as I had the flat cutter needed for the job, but the task might not be suitable for some people.It is a solid product with high quality. It would be perfect if it included the battery contact/terminal. You will need to cut off the plastic posts where the battery terminal is connected and transfer the metal connector to the new plastic.It operates flawlessly and would buy again.
