In the attached photo you can see my brand new purchased C - fork, it's the same size (and pitch) as my A 440hz fork. The bottom fork was previously purchased and lately discovered to be C#. Based on the other reviews, it appears random to what pitch you will actually get. Based on the other reviews, it appears random to what pitch you will actually get unfortunately finding a C fork this size is very difficult lately.

Mine came tuned to 548 Hz which is so far away from C 523 that it’s even a C#.Absolutely not worth a purchase if someone needs an accurate frequency

Not only that package arrived aproximately one month later then stated the pitch of both tuning forks that arrived is plain wrong and it's not C (523HZ) which I have ordered or concert A (440Hz) which is otherwise standard. It's actually 450HZ and 449Hz so the forks are totaly useless.

A great tuning fork - perfectly in tune, and does the job nicely. Not too big, so can fit in your pocket or a baton tote very easily.The only downside for me is that it is a little quiet, however, it is audible, so that is manageable.
