These are trash... not concentric at all. The entire purpose of a shoulder bolt like this is to index and align something like a rotor on a wheel or sprocket. These bolts are way out of spec and are not straight or round at all.

Noticed that the thread section was not aligned with the body of the shoulder (ie - the shank "wobbled" when put into the threaded hole....I should have known better but tried to install 4 of them into a newly machined Stainless steel block. All was fine until the last few threads when things got a bit tight. Trying to back then out they all started seizing up. After about an hour with pipe wrenches, locking pliers and pry bars I am now back to square one with four of these in pieces and chewed up .....and marks all over my newly machined block....Note to this vendor.....socket head shoulder bolts are used for alignment.....accuracy on these should be much better (not worse) than a common grade zero junk bolt...and it wasn't even close.

10mm shoulder bolt. 3 of 5 would actually fit a 10mm ID bearing. I'd return this junk, but I need _one_ now

I can do better machining with my cheap chinese lathe tbh, but then I bought these bolts to make a smaller and precise custom bolts out of them.
