In the picture it looks really big but when you get it it's like really small kind of look like a toy

I was hoping for a fun fountain to use for the grandkids. This fountain is smaller than I thought it might be (I did not look at the specifications closely). You can only use melting chocolate, not any other higher quality chocolate. This is a good option for kids but if you want to be able to use higher quality chocolate, look at other fountains. In the product details it states to use melting chocolate, but another part says for use with chocolate sauces. This might explain why the chocolate didn't flow well for us. Not a product I would recommend based on these two statements of size and flow.

I purchased this for a fun holiday activity with the kids; however, it didn't work well as a fountain. We might have used too much chocolate, but we followed the instructions closely. The chocolate didn’t flow down as expected; it got stuck on the first layer and didn’t move further. I believe the machine didn’t warm the chocolate enough for a continuous flow. The concept is great, but it didn’t work for us. I recommend melting the chocolate on the stove instead of using the microwave.
