My 7 year old son absolutely loves his new lava lamp. It's the perfect night light for him. Works perfectly.

My son LOVES this lava lamp so much, he turns it on every day as soon as he gets home, it is a total vibe and he loves to watch it I would recommend to all the boy mamas.

Got this for our youngest son for his 12th birthday. He loves to turn it on in his bedroom and watch it move, it’s soothing and looks cool. It a fun addition to his room

I got these for my kids as part of their Christmas gifts and they’ve not worked properly yet. I chose them because I liked the shape—I figured it might be less prone to toppling over than the traditional rocket-shaped lamp. That may be true, however the wax in these doesn’t want to flow. It will melt and create one solid column of wax, but it doesn’t flow like a traditional one. Sometimes they’ll overheat and the wax will get a ton of air bubbles in it. Of the two I purchased, one of them has already blown through 3 bulbs in 3months.I’m well past the point of being able to return these, and I really tried to give them a chance (I tried fresh bulbs in case the ones it came with were duds, we changed outlets and placement in case it was reflecting too much heat back to itself, etc), but these lamps were a waste of money.If you’re looking for a lava lamp, please just go ahead and get a real one. This “bargain” wasn’t a bargain, and I wish I’d returned these in time.

This lamp looks very cool, light on or off is a nice addition to any room decor. The light is pretty bright but not enough to be an annoyance. It heats up but not to the point of burning, it took around 3 hours before the material inside melted and started making the big bubbles go slowly up. So far we love it and no issues.My only complaint, when I order this lamp the first time, the light arrive broken, the box was deteriorated (not giftable) and the lamp had fingerprints like someone had handled it before, the plastic bag was open everything was stuffed in it, the carbord that help to keep the lamp in place was cut and half of it was missing. I ask for a replacement that quickly arrived in 2 days and this one was in perfect conditions, all parts came nicely wrapped and protected by individual bags. In my opinion what I got was a return, I'm glad I order it weeks in advance before my husband birthday.
