Zug kam kaputt an! ich war dann lange mit dem Kundenservice in Kontakt und habe sehr genaue Bilder von dem geschickt, was ich ersetzt bekommen müsste. Und sie haben 2 mal das falsche rausgeschickt. Da die Teile immer aus China kamen und dementsprechend lange brauchten, war nach dem 2. Versand die Frist für die Retour abgelaufen. Schlechter Service, schlechtes Produkt, dafür absolut überteuert!O Sterne kann man ja leider nicht geben!

Our grandson loves this edition to the tree. Easy to fit and pretty sturdy. Looks good and provides an element of fun for the kids

This item is extremely difficult to put together. The directions are comprised of a few poorly devised graphics, and very incomplete written instructions.Once you figure out how to actually get the bracket on properly via trial and error, even with it well secured and both sides flush together, the support arms don’t fit in properly.This is all what others have also said. I wish I had seen the many other bad reviews before I bought it. Unfortunately for me, I am beyond the return window and my son has already seen the train, so I will have to continue trying to make it work. But it is quite flimsy, so I don’t have high hopes of this thing lasting more than a week before it breaks, even if I do manage to get it put together.My recommendation to potential buyers… don’t buy it.My recommendation to the sellers/manufacturers… go back to the drawing board and make something that’s actually worth the time to deal with.

This was supposed to look lovely. . What a performance. After 3 hours and not even getting the middle holder round the tree, I threw it in the bin apart from the train and father Christmas.
