I really loved the design of this, especially no back zipper+luggae strap. Unfortunately, I went through 2 before I called it quits. The first one had an issue with the front zipper where one would close easily but was nearly impossible to open. I replaced that with a second one, acknowledging things go wrong. The second one had different problems - multiple seams has glue oozing out, which was not just sticky, it also changed the color of the leather.All in all - you might get a good one and you might have to try a few times.

The thing about leather products is, for the most part, you buy them for the long term. I don't expect them to be "Broken In" for months, or "years" ? So far, this bag is pretty much what I expected for the price. The leather seems nice enough, but I will know better in a couple of years. The zippers seem sturdy enough, but let's see how long they last ? My very first attempt to unzip the outer zipper, the fob came off in my hand. I reattached it, used a pair of pliers (with a little tape on the ends to protect the metal from it's teeth) to adjust (bend) the zipper accordingly, and problem solved. I could have paid 4000 Pounds Sterling for a bag from Metier and avoided such issues, but I bought this one instead. So far, I'm pretty satisfied. Oh, I strongly suggest treating the leather before exposing it to the elements.

This is a beautiful briefcase bag, and my husband loved it. Unfortunately, he'd just received a similar bag (not leather, but similar dimensions and pockets) from his job for his work laptop, and given our tight finances this past year, we decided to return this leather bag ... for now. I'm hoping that in the future, we can justify buying this better quality bag.

I really like item. However, the pull tabs come off easily. This came off nearly as soon as I used it. I’ve no idea where it went. I’ll try crimping them with pliers or I suspect the rest will soon follow. If you buy it, I’d crimp all the tabs.If the manufacturer reads this please send me a replacement pull tab. 😆
