These are very yummy!They are pretty potato heavy, but I think that is fine. It's a good value for the money. I think the quality of the veggies are very nice. Vibrant colors, smells a little herby, but I don't think that it is bad.My first bag was a smaller one and it took about a week or two to arrive.I have since ordered a larger version since I enjoyed the smaller one so much. Very easy to add to soups, instant noodles, or even just broth.Everything rehydrate pretty well, but I always give it as long as I can. So for instant noodles I add them in with the noodle and cook it all together.

Very good, like the seasoning, rehydrates fast, not chewy & handy to have on hand. Great for camping.

I made a chicken vegetable soup with these last week and it was delicious! The vegetables rehydrate in the broth after a few minutes of cooking and add such a great flavor and texture. Much quicker than taking the time to chop up a bunch of fresh veggies. Great for busy parents or anyone who wants to make a quick meal.

I already buy, use, store in #10 cans. I like their vegetable mix and it comes in handy for a variety of dishes. I also keep some in my long terms storage. Nice to have options that last a long time. For emergencies, for convenience, to save money, to combat shortages, etc.More recently, I noticed that Augason Farms has come out with smaller packs like this which is a nice way to try the product if you haven't before. Or if like me, I like it already and want something other than a #10 can to work from. No super duty can opener required!Although this is not in a #10 emergency can, the best by date is still 25 years out. That changes once opened, but in my experience dried veg doesnt change once opened if stored well. My bags lot date is Jan 22 with best by of 2047If new to dehydrated, know that many foods maintain a slight chew. It will never be exact same as fresh, frozen, or canned. But it works, it is vegetables (in this case), calories, convenience etc. Follow directions on cooking.
