Disappointing fit and finish- motor is taller than original so it didn’t fit in the original housing without spacers- and when I tested it the fan the blade was so out of balance it shook itself out my hand - cheaply made and poorly executed .

Bought this to replace a fan in my fan/light fixture in the bathroom. Old fan wasn’t moving enough air, this one is rated for more air flow, while my old one was caked with dust. There is a noticeable difference in airflow and less condensation from a hot shower. Replacement was fairly straight forward- had to modified the screw that holds on the external cover, not a big deal but took a little technical know how - that was just to fit my particular fixture.Noise level is less then my old fan. So far it’s been 2 weeks and ifs working great

Recently one of our Broan 676-D fans died. Being that there seems to be no new fans in the same size, I was happy to see you could just swap out the fan still. I choice this one because it said it was a little quieter than the Broan fan at the same air speed. I can't test the air speed, but it is definitely quieter.Install was relatively easy, but they did mess up one spot on the mounting plate (why I took off a star, would really just take a half, but can't do that). The clip side on the new one (first pic, sorry it's blurry) sticks out past the edge of the plate, with it like this, I could not push the insert in far enough for it to clip. As you can see in the second picture, the original one is even with the edge of the metal. I bent the clip back a bit with some pliers and it went right in. Looks like you could probably swap the fan module to your old plate instead, if you'd prefer that. It's only been in a few hours, but I'll update this review if anything changes.
