My laptop was making a really loud fan sound whenever the laptop was on, tried cleaning it and other means to try and get the fan to quiet down. Ended up trying this fan replacement and have been pretty satisfied right now. We have a 15-CW series laptop and can confirm that it fits perfectly.

My old fan was making really loud noises as it started to fail. This fan was easy to install and quiet.
