I purchase 2 of these fans to replace 2 much more expensive fans that went bad after 3 years! They are the easiest fans to assemble I have ever seen. Everything fit perfectly and instructions were very explanatory. They are perfectly balanced and are virtually noiseless at all speeds. I highly recommend!!

Update: So I had a issue with the second one using the same remote frequency. The signal actually traveled through the walls. If I adjusted the living room, the one in the guest room would also change. It my fault for testing the first remote out on the second before using the one that came with it. Amazon tech support tried to help but then connected me with the seller via chat. They helped me to reset them both. I know put similar 72in(different seller) in my room which is also great! Oversized but amazing. So far these are the best fans I've ever used. Don't listen to the other reviewer who complained about the customer service. They just didn't try. The seller was happy to helpExtending the distance from the ceiling does move more air, which was great from the larger room. It's been impressive at times. In fact, I have actually gotten cold, so it's allowed me to adjust AC from it's norm setting. I live in AZ and it's summer. I assume the thicker blades are the reason 3 blades moves more air then previous 5 blade. I liked it so much I got the grey one for my guest room. In that room the shorter extension made sense in the smaller room. Time will tell on their durability but I'm hopeful.Original post:This fan looks high quality, with unique look. It functions great, moves a good amount of air. In my case, the shorter rod looked funny with my 10 foot ceilings so I ended up installing it twice. At that point, I appreciated the way they wired it. Not having to unhook the wires again made the process quick. I wish the remote were black but other than that I'm happy. I just hope it lasts...

While it took some time to finally get the fan installed, I am very happy with the product and it was definitely worth the wait. I am a plane buff, so the propeller blade shape is a big plus for me. This 60" fan moves a lot of air! The DC motor is quiet, and the remote control has an adequate operating range.Installation was intuitive, and relatively uneventful. I must add I did not read the instructions, I just installed based on experience. All needed hardware for your typical installation is included with this fan. I like the rich tone of the stain color, and it goes nicely with my outdoor covered patio setting. The version I chose does not have a light kit, and I still think that was the right choice for my needs.It works great for me, and I recommend this fan. Thank you for reading my review.

This fan is awesome. The pitch of the blades force more air movement movement then conventional ceiling fans. The look is awesome. The remote has several more speeds than regular ones. Fan is very quiet. Has protection on it as if you were to change direction on it while it is rotating, it comes to a regular stop then applies voltage to start it spinning is opposite direction. Fan is light weight. Easy to install but modifying the length of hang tube will be challenging due to remote receiver special connection. Balancing was also a challenge but did not take long. Not the strongest motor but does a good job.
