I have to say, this ceiling fan is nothing short of spectacular! From the first time I turned it on, I could immediately feel the difference. The fan takes some simple assembly and wiring, as you should know buying a DC fan. I had a small issue pairing the remote, I thought the instructions meant when pairing to hold “all off” and “light off” at the same time. Not the case, simply hold “all off” to pair. Hopefully this review helps someone with this little problem.This was quickly cleared up with an email and the fan itself is exactly as advertised. Would be a 5 star review if not for the unclear instructions.

We installed the ceiling fan yesterday and it was perfect. We were so excited! It's quiet and the amount of refreshing wind it pushes is amazing. Today, however, it's a totally different story. It makes an incessant crackling sound that is extremely annoying, and it's driving us mad. To boot, the speed changes all on its own. What? I turn it on and set it to 2, then the speed suddenly increases and it starts turning really fast. This is scary because we're now wondering if there's an electrical problem. I just read the Questions section linked to these Reviews and confirm that a few others have experienced these same issues, too!No idea what's gonna happen because the "Get Support" section says no Support is available for this item. Again, what? Isn't there a standard one-year warranty? I'm feeling some anger right now, let me tell you. With taxes, this item is almost $200, so here's me hoping I will be able to get some assistance!

Todo muy bien con el producto, llegó en tiempo, sin problemas para instalarlo... Nos gustó que puedes cambiar de tipo de luz (luz blanca a amarilla) cuando quieras

Install was simple and straightforward product works as it should out of the box only improvement would be a brighter light as I find it a bit dim
