I bought this for an employee. After 2 months of use, I asked how it was. He said it does not work reliably and that, at one point, it did not recognize his password or fingerprint so he had to factory reset it.

Couldn't figure out how to get it to copy my files after the finger security was applied. Someone else with this experience could probably figure it out.

Ordered two of these, the fingerprint sensor is loose from the body and doesn't register prints on setup either. Same issue with the other one too.

Fingerprint a little iffy be sure to register multiple prints, no way to access without print, no password because of security issue with password otherwise works good, small too nor big and bulky like others

Before ordering this one, I tried Lexar's version of a usb protected with the fingerprint reader. It was garbage...sucked right out of the box. This one is working flawless. Very pleased with the purchase.**Update - just a few days after getting this and beginning to use it. The fingerprint reader itself (black sensor insert at the end of the usb) is very loose and keeps working itself out. I have to keep pushing it back in, but it will not stay in place. Maybe this thing isn't as well built as I first believed.
