These seem to be pretty accurate and no batteries are required :) I used the feeler gauge to test the gaps for my spark plugs and they worked fine. The calipers are easy to slide and adjust and are good for interior and exterior measurements. The case is well constructed and protects the instruments from getting damaged. Something that might not be necessary but would be a good thing to have available would be calibration standardized samples to verify the calipers were still reading properly, but that might just be needed for precise scientific measurements.

Caliper is well made and accurate in Metric. But if you need to use inches with fractions, its very hard to find.The lines are in 10th increments and 5th for halves. You will not get an accurate 1/16" measurement. It will be between lines. . . . . . .Like 3-1/6" the Caliper will be in-between the lines. Hard TO USE FOR INCHES

Calibration is .25cm’s off. In my field of work this can cause an aircraft to fail. How can we get this removed from Amazon this will literally cost people there lives.
