Simple and well-made. A little bigger than I expected. Other than the fact that it is well-made and has a reputable name brand, I can't say than it's that much better than some less expensive options. The strap is not detachable on both sides, the padding doesn't do much. There is nothing special or innovative about the design. It's made in China. If it was made in Switzerland, had a cool innovative design, and maybe they threw in a Swiss army knife, I'd pay $120, but, that's not going to happen...So, is it worth it? Only you can decide. For me, I'd rather pay about half as much for something just as good or almost as good.
