I'm very disappointed with my purchase; I knew some of the issues beforehand (the wrapping on the actual whiteboard is basically impossible to fully remove, leaving small plastic wrap sticking out the sides) but I was not prepared for how bad the actual product is. The holes are not punched in the same places on the legs, leaving my board wobbly and lopsided. This board is basically only good as a standalone whiteboard without the stand, as the stand wobbles when you try to use it.

I was very impressed at the quality of the metal frame and have very little to complain about for the board surface or design. The packaging though had several things I was not thrilled with. First off, the small parts came in a thin plastic bag which for my unit was torn through when it arrived and some of the components were spilled into the box. I was missing 3 of the 8 bolt caps but thankfully all the essential components were present. The board itself is covered in a plastic wrap which is sealed under the trim around the edges. Removing the plastic wrap is very messy and I wound up with a lot of trace plastic fringes left behind. These don't bother me too much and I can probably get them with a tweezers later, but although the board itself is of quite good quality these issues hold it back from a perfect review. I also feel like although the tray is big enough to hold several markers/erasers, it feels a bit cramped due to the white board coming down close to the tray. If the tray was a little lower or stuck out a bit farther it would be easier to use, but all in all I am very pleased with my purchase.

I ordered this product because it was the most reasonably priced. The assembly said it would take about 2 hours but it was much shorter time than that (maybe 30- 40 min). Pretty easy to assemble with a second set of hands to help me.When we had finished assembling the thing we noticed there was a small scratch on the white board in the bottom right corner where the plastic had a hole. I sent an email with photos to VIVO customer service and to my surprise they took care of it by sending a replacement of the part that was scratched.Great product and great customer service from VIVO. I'm thoroughly impressed. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

We love this white board. Easy to assemble, takes up little space, wipes clean. Perfect for our use.
