Price was great. Chrome was metal not plastic. There was a little plastic on the underside and the sink insert pipe, which was fine. Water line hookups were copper. I am extremely pleased with this product. Easy to install.

Definitely get what you pay for. I own a restaurant and bought the tongs form restaurant depot. The restaurant depot tongs lasted a month. I had these for a few months now and see no sign of wear and tear. All tongs will eventually wear out, but these last the longest. Stick with Vollrath is you use these professionally, their quality is on par with Viking imo.

Quería cambiar mi llave porque salía muy poquita agua, esta llave tiene gran presión y funciona a la perfección.

This choice was perfect for me as I replaced all 3 lavatory faucets in our home. No connecters come with so grab some flex supply connectors to make up for different supply lengths needed as no replacement tap 20 years later will match up perfectly. Could have bought cheaper but dont like taking chances with offshore knockoff quality. Could have spent more on overpriced name brands, that's not my style either. comes with new plastic pop up drain

These were tongs I was used to use working in kitchens in restaurant. Good quality for the price and came on time.

Best tongs available. Just bought a replacement set after about 15 years, since the "rubber" handles started to crack on my old ones and they were retaining water from the dishwasher.Solid heavy gauge stainless steel, but easy to squeeze together, insulated "rubber" grips, and they hold like a vice. Clean up easily too. Even use these picking hot jars out of boiling water when canning. Get a pair of the matching 9 1/2" ones too.

This thing isn't going to win any prestigious design awards, but I really like the design! I wanted to replace a leaking faucet (at the base) in my apartment bathroom, and this one was at the sweet spot, w.r.t. price. Installation was a breeze, and I see absolutely no leaks after a week of usage. The handle feel is great, and it cleans up very nicely. It looks really awesome, actually.A lot of people told me this brand is "trash", and I should look elsewhere, but I mean, if you're buying a faucet on Amazon with the intention of installing it yourself, installing another one in a year or two is not going to be a big deal. Who knows, maybe I won't even have to replace this.As an added benefit, the gray drain pipe from the old faucet was super gunked up, so replacing that with this one created instant fast-draining with no Drano required. I really like this faucet!
