This is an excellent fan that is very portable and easy to use pretty much anywhere. I use it in my office to keep the air circulating because my office is in the basement and the air can get muggy. This is high-quality and very easy to use with options for speed that are very versatile. It also looks great and is pretty quiet, even at top speed. It is definitely more expensive than some low-cost more cheaply made options, but I believe you get what you pay for. I highly recommend this.

So far I haven’t received one that works. Overall design looks nice and sturdy. Will update once a unit that functions is received.Edit: The second unit I have received appears to work as designed. A few differentvornado fans throughout the house. This one is a nice addition. Pretty good airflow and obviously it’s portable being rechargeable via USB-C

At this point, I’m a real fan of Vornados. (Bada boom!) It all started maybe 10 years ago, when we wanted a new bedroom fan. Their “cannon” style air movement, even at that fan’s lowest speed, really circulated the air in the room, and if it wasn’t pointed at you directly, you still got the comfort of moving air, without feeling like you were trying to sleep with a fan blowing right on you. At this point we have several of their fans, in a few different styles.Right now, I don’t need any cooling, but have the fan running on low, on a table next to me. It’s a slightly audible hum at this speed, but puts out a decent breeze. The noise level goes up with each of the two higher speeds, as does the amount of air. If used as a “personal” fan, I can’t imagine wanting the highest speed, but on a hot day, it could help cool an entire room.I think I only have one negative comment, and it’s pretty minor—it would be nice to have a second angle that the fan sits at. As it is, it sits very stably on the small rubber pad at the rear underside, which at desk level is almost perfect—but I think it would be useful to have a second, steeper position.The instruction manual is very complete, (in English and Spanish), if a bit self-contradictory in places. Both on the fan and in several places in the manual, it says to only use the fan with the included wallwart; but the manual does say in one place that any “approved” USB adaptor rated at least 500mA will work, which of course it will. The manual also says to attach the USB C plug into the fan, and then into the adaptor—which really is NOT the correct way to charge anything with a USB cable. Always plug the wallwart in, attach the cable, and then plug the cable into the device. (It’s possible that there may be a surge when you first plug the wallwart in, which on some devices might cause damage.)

This fan is a really well built fan. It's obvious immediately that it's made with quality materials.The majority of the fan is plastic, but it's a nice quality, well-built, heavy plastic that I can't imagine breaking easily. The strap on the back is made of leather which I can confirm by that leathery smell. The entire fan feels heavy, but not so heavy that it feels burdensome to carry.For such a small fan it really pushes out a lot of air. It's actually surprising how much air circulation you get. It's the winter and I've been using it to circulate the heat in my living room, which is a pretty decent sized space and it's obvious how much warmer the room is because of it.Honestly the fan runs so smoothly that the noise level is almost nonexistent. I've never had a fan so nice. I expect it to last for years.The head is at roughly a 10° angle. The head is stationary and doesn't move. It's good for a desk although works on the floor just as well. It would work great on a car or camping trip.My one issue is you can't take the cage off to clean the blades. No biggie.It has 3 speeds and the highest speed is amazing for the size of the fan. USB-C charging.It has a 2 year warranty.I love this little guy and because of the quality and warranty I think this fan is worth the price.

I was a little skeptical about the fan just setting on the ground/tabletop without an actual base or anything.Its simplicity is its genius, though. Yeah if you want it on a certain spot of your desk you may have to prop it up on something like a book, for instance. But it's so small and mobile that it's not a big deal to keep it in the ideal spot on your desk for where you want the airflow to go.It's got 3 speeds as advertised. Low is perfect to keep a gentle breeze going, and the other two speeds are quite powerful. Noise level is negligible on the lowest setting, noticeable on the other two.It's built REALLY well. Yes it's mostly plastic, but it's thick, sturdy plastic. The button has really tight tolerances and feels well built. The leather strap may be fake leather, hard to tell, but it's thick like a leather belt might be--no concerns with its strength for sure.Last year in peak summer I bought so many fans trying to find one that really fit what I needed. I was underwhelmed at the quality of most of them. This one's going to be the winner of the desk fan wars, thanks to its portability, cordlessness, power, volume, size. I ABSOLUTELY recommend this, even at a price that's maybe twice what you might get from another manufacturer.You get what you pay for!
